Terms of Service

1. What MagicReels is
MagicReels (“the Service”) generates short-form videos (“reels”) and images (“posts”) from text descriptions using third-party artificial intelligence models. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account; creating multiple accounts to collect free credits or referral bonuses is prohibited and may result in removal of credits or termination.
3. Credits and payment
Generation is paid for with credits. New accounts receive free credits; additional credits are sold in packs. Credits are not currency, hold no cash value, and are non-transferable. Unused purchased credit packs are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase; used credits are not refundable, because third-party generation costs are incurred the moment you generate. Content generated on free credits may carry a visible MagicReels watermark; content generated after any purchase does not.
4. Your content and ownership
You own the reels and posts you generate, including full commercial rights, to the maximum extent permitted by the licenses of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the outputs. If you set an item to “Link only” or “Public”, you grant MagicReels the right to host and display it at its share link (and, for Public items, to include it in listings and search indexes) until you make it private or delete it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, impersonates real people without consent, sexualizes minors in any form, promotes violence or hatred, or constitutes fraud, spam or deceptive advertising. You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent rate limits, credit accounting or safety systems. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content generated for others. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Review outputs before publishing them; you are solely responsible for claims made in content you publish (prices, offers, health claims and similar).
7. Referrals
Referral bonuses exist to reward genuine invitations. Self-referral, automated signups or other abuse voids bonuses. Referral rewards are capped and may change or end at any time.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deleted content is retained for up to 15 days in your “Recently deleted” area, then removed.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicReels’ total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for outages of the third-party AI providers and infrastructure the Service depends on.
10. Changes and contact
